Should the convention centre be formal, it will be sold. Although tickets are available at the venue's entrance and online, only cash is accepted.
Entrance fees may vary depending on the location of the events, ranging from complimentary to for-charge.
Community centres offer free admission.
Depend on the location of the venue. Pay in the parking lot or park for free.

The ABM is dependent on the nearby location. Many vendors accept credit card, debit card, and cash payments.
Yes, strollers and wheelchairs are always permitted at our event: There are plenty of aisles. Respect Be cautious of their booths.
Please report promptly to the exhibitor organizer at the entrance or gate. We will lock the front door until your child is located
Please visit wattsalbertaevents/application for more information and to complete our online application form. The acceptance procedure often requires several hours to be finalized. The applicant will receive notification regarding the status of their application.
Important Notice: To guarantee the reservation of your booth, it is essential to pay the full amount on the same day as your application. We will not hold your booth for more than 24 hours without receiving the complete payment. This 24-hour time limit ensures fair allocation to all participants.
Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and your application will only be considered complete when both the application form and the full payment have been received.
When is the application deadline? Is it too late for me?
Because cancellations occur regularly, it is never too late to apply. You may be placed on a waiting list for next event.
Depending on the size of the aisles, and whether or not you need electricity at your booth, based on booth's pricing list.
Requirements for approval by Canada Health Cosmetics, the Alberta Food Handling Permit, and the ALGC Liquor License.
For any high-risk items, such as meat and dairy, vendor(s) must have AHS Food Handling Permits.
These permits are not required for low risk foods.
Yes, you must first contact me before we can accept you. We don't want too many of the same companies at our event.
Booth Details:

If you do not want to add insurance to your booth, you will be held accountable.
All vendors will be required to present proof of insurance with minimum liability quotes of $1 million. Where can I find an application on www.duuo.ca
If you cancel one month before the event, you will not be refunded your deposit or booth fees. "Cancellation requests made one month before the event and beyond will have no refund."
Depending on the area, there may be surveillance cameras or additional security personnel present.
Watts Alberta Events has a very strict no-refund policy. All payments and deposits are non-refundable! No refunds!
As communicated when you signed up, vendors were charged at a borderline cost for the venue space and advertisements, and these costs have already been covered. Unfortunately, due to these upfront expenses, we are unable to offer refunds.
